Tips for using QR codes to collect reviews
Place it at the point of delight
Put your QR code where customers are happiest — at the checkout counter, after a successful service, or on a thank-you page. Strike while the feeling is fresh.
Include a short instruction
Add "Scan to leave a review" or "Help others discover us" near the QR code. A small nudge dramatically increases scan rates.
Print on receipts and invoices
Receipts are the most natural place for a review QR code. The transaction just happened, and the motivation to share is highest right after purchase.
Test the size and placement
Your QR code should be at least 2x2 cm (about 1 inch). Test from the distance customers will scan — too small and it won't work.
