Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Vouchnest(“we”, “us”) covering your use of the Vouchnest website and service: tools for collecting, importing, moderating and displaying customer testimonials. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Vouchnest.

Vouchnest offers a Free plan (1 space, 10 testimonials, branding badge) and a Pro plan at $15 per month or $150 per year (unlimited spaces and testimonials, no badge). Current limits and prices are listed on the pricing page.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle is the legal seller of the subscription, handles payment processing and applicable sales tax or VAT, and provides invoices. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep Pro access until then. If a renewal payment fails, your account returns to the Free plan.

Refunds are described in our refund policy. In short: a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase, no questions asked.

You own the testimonials and other content you collect through Vouchnest. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process and display that content so the service works (for example, serving your embedded wall on your website).

You are responsible for the content in your spaces, including:

• obtaining permission from the people whose testimonials, names, photos or videos you collect, import or publish;
• making sure imported testimonials (from X, LinkedIn, Google or elsewhere) are genuine and that you may republish them;
• complying with the laws that apply to you and your customers.

You agree not to use Vouchnest to:

• publish fake, fabricated or misleading testimonials;
• impersonate any person or organization;
• upload unlawful, defamatory, infringing or malicious content;
• send spam or abuse the submission forms of other users;
• probe, disrupt or overload the service or access it by automated means other than the documented embed widget.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We work hard to keep Vouchnest fast and available, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may add, change or remove features; if we materially reduce what a paid plan includes, we will give you reasonable notice.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your embedded walls stop being served and your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vouchnest is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
