If Vouchnest Pro isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first purchaseand we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email support@getvouchnest.com from the address on your account (or include it in your message). Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal charge goes through and you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we'll refund it.
Cancelling instead of refunding
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. Outside the 14-day windows above we don't prorate or refund partial billing periods, except where the law requires it.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your country. Purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record; Paddle's buyer terms also apply. See also our Terms of Service.
