Common mistakes
Not asking for testimonials — transformation photos don't replace words. A client describing how they feel is more relatable than just a before/after shot.
Only collecting at goal completion — ask mid-program too. The process itself has value, and mid-journey testimonials capture the struggle and breakthrough.
Not getting video — a client saying 'I can play with my kids again' on camera is worth 100 written reviews. The emotion is contagious.
