How to embed testimonials on Webflow

Adding your Vouchnest wall of love to Webflow takes about 30 seconds. Use the embed element for a wall or the widget script for inline widgets. No code changes needed — just copy and paste.

Method 1: Embed the hosted wall page (simplest)

The fastest way to add testimonials to Webflow is to link to your hosted wall page. Every Vouchnest space gets one automatically.

  1. In your Vouchnest dashboard, open your space and copy the wall URL.
  2. In Webflow, drag an Embed element onto your page.
  3. Paste the wall URL wrapped in an anchor tag or iframe.
  4. Publish your site.

Method 2: Inline embed with the widget script

For a seamless inline experience (carousel, grid, or single quote), use the Vouchnest widget script in a Webflow embed element.

  1. In your Vouchnest dashboard, go to your space and copy the embed code snippet.
  2. In Webflow, drag an Embed element where you want the wall to appear.
  3. Paste the widget code into the embed element.
  4. Set the embed to render on the live site (not just the designer).
  5. Publish your site.

Tip: Make sure the embed is set to display on all device sizes in the Webflow style panel.

Method 3: Custom code embed (global footer)

If you want the same wall on multiple pages, add the widget script to your site-wide custom code footer in Webflow settings.

  1. In Webflow, go to Project Settings > Custom Code.
  2. Paste the widget snippet in the Footer Code section.
  3. Add the widget container <div data-vouchnest-wall="your-slug"></div> on any page where you want the wall to appear.
  4. Publish your site.

Troubleshooting

The wall doesn't appear on my published site+

Check that your embed element is set to render on the live site (not just the designer). In Webflow's embed settings, ensure "Render on live site" is enabled.

The wall looks stretched or broken on mobile+

Make sure the embed element doesn't have a fixed height set. The widget auto-sizes based on content. Remove any min-height or height constraints from the embed container.

Can I use this on a CMS template page?+

Yes. Add the embed to your CMS template and use the same slug for all pages, or create a dynamic embed that references a CMS field.

The video testimonials don't play+

Ensure your Webflow site allows autoplay for videos. Some Webflow templates block autoplay by default. Check your site settings under Projects > Custom Code for any autoplay restrictions.
