How to add testimonials to Wix

Wix Editor

  1. 1In the Wix Editor, click the '+' button on the left and select 'More' then 'Embed Code'.
  2. 2Choose 'Embed HTML' from the options and drag the element onto your page.
  3. 3Paste the Vouchnest snippet into the HTML field and click 'Update'.
  4. 4Resize and position the embed box where you want testimonials to appear.
  5. 5Publish your Wix site — the wall renders live and updates automatically.

Wix Studio

  1. 1Open your Wix Studio project and navigate to the page editor.
  2. 2Click the '+' icon in the toolbar and search for 'HTML Embed'.
  3. 3Add the embed element to your canvas and paste the Vouchnest snippet in the settings panel.
  4. 4Adjust the embed dimensions in the properties panel to fit your layout.
  5. 5Publish your site. The testimonial wall will appear and stay in sync with your dashboard.

Wix Velo (Custom Code)

  1. 1Open your Wix site in the Editor and click 'Dev Mode' at the top (Wix Velo must be enabled).
  2. 2In the left panel, go to 'Public & Backend' and open the page code file (.js or .ts).
  3. 3Paste the Vouchnest snippet inside the `$w.onReady()` function to ensure the DOM is ready.
  4. 4Add an empty `<div id="vouchnest-wall"></div>` in the page HTML if it doesn't exist yet.
  5. 5Save and publish — Velo will inject the widget on page load.

  1. 1Go to your Wix dashboard and open the 'Ascend' section, then click 'Reviews'.
  2. 2Use the 'Import' feature to upload testimonials you've collected in Vouchnest.
  3. 3Alternatively, add a custom section to your site using the 'Add Section' menu > 'Community' > 'Reviews'.
  4. 4For more flexibility, use the HTML embed method with your Vouchnest snippet instead.
  5. 5Wix Ascend is good for basic reviews — Vouchnest gives you richer widgets like carousels and grids.
