How to add testimonials to ClickFunnels

Adding your Vouchnest wall of love to ClickFunnels takes about a minute. Whether you’re on ClickFunnels 1.0 or 2.0, the Custom JS/HTML element or Custom Code section makes it easy to embed social proof. Here’s how.

The universal snippet

This works on any ClickFunnels page that accepts custom code. Copy your space ID from your Vouchnest dashboard, replace YOUR_SPACE_ID, and paste both lines where you want the wall to appear.

Custom JS/HTML element

  1. 1In the ClickFunnels page builder, open the page where you want the testimonial wall.
  2. 2Click the '+' button to add a new element and search for the 'Custom JS/HTML' element.
  3. 3Paste the two Vouchnest snippet lines into the code editor provided.
  4. 4Click 'Save' and reposition the element to your desired location on the page.
  5. 5Publish the funnel. The wall will render live and update automatically as you approve new testimonials.

ClickFunnels 2.0 section

  1. 1Open your funnel in ClickFunnels 2.0 and navigate to the step (page) you want to edit.
  2. 2Click the '+' to add a new section and choose 'Custom Code' from the section types.
  3. 3Paste the Vouchnest snippet into the custom code block.
  4. 4Adjust the section padding and background to match your funnel's design — the wall inherits its container's styling.
  5. 5Save and publish. The wall will appear inline and remain responsive across all devices.

ClickFunnels 1.0 JS widget

  1. 1In ClickFunnels 1.0, edit your funnel page and click 'Settings' then 'Tracking & Analytics'.
  2. 2Scroll down to the 'JavaScript' section and paste the Vouchnest snippet there.
  3. 3Remove the <div> container line from the snippet — you'll place the container separately.
  4. 4Add a 'Custom HTML' element on your page and put the container <div id="vouchnest-wall"></div> there.
  5. 5This split approach keeps the script in the page head and the container exactly where you want the wall.

Does ClickFunnels allow custom scripts?+

Yes. ClickFunnels 2.0 includes a dedicated 'Custom Code' section type, and ClickFunnels 1.0 has a JavaScript section under Settings > Tracking & Analytics. The Vouchnest widget script is lightweight and fully compatible. No special permissions needed.

Will it work on mobile funnels?+

Absolutely. The Vouchnest widget is fully responsive and works perfectly on mobile funnels. Whether you use the Custom JS/HTML element or an iFrame, the wall adapts to screen size automatically. Test your funnel on mobile after publishing.

Can I add it to order forms?+

ClickFunnels order forms are limited in custom code placement. We recommend adding the testimonial wall just above or below the order form on the same page, or linking to your hosted wall page from the order form confirmation. The hosted wall link is the safest approach.

Does it affect page load speed?+

The Vouchnest widget loads asynchronously — it won't block your page from rendering. The script is minified and under 20 KB. For critical funnels, use the async snippet or lazy-load the widget via an iFrame to keep page speeds optimal.
